Susan Dickstein Real Estate Agent, Salt Lake City
As a resident of Utah for over 25 years, with over ten years as a reputable realtor in the Salt Lake City area, Susan understands the Salt Lake City market and importance of finding the ideal home for her clients. She’s an experienced homeowner who relishes her own home and considers it her sanctuary – everything from the garden to the yard for her dogs and the layout of the house that work for her lifestyle. Because of Susan’s own need to have her home feel like a personal retreat, she gives this same attention to her clients so they are able to purchase a place they can easily call home.
Susan recognizes that each client is unique and treats each client’s home selection process individually. Her motivation to work with her clients is different than most realtors because she seeks to have a relationship with her clients. Susan gets to know her clients and their priorities and is able to match a home to their needs. Susan’s caring attitude provides what’s best for her clients. She loves to work with first time or experienced homeowners, and has a real passion to work with seniors to become their advocate and ensure they are completely taken care of through the process of buying or selling their home.
An avid animal lover, Susan owns two friendly border collies and four cats that make her house feel like a home. Susan is active in the Salt Lake community through her volunteer work with The Festival of Trees that raises money for Primary Children’s Network and Habitat for Humanity. Susan’s loyalty is her most describable attribute that carries through her work, community involvement and her passion for taking care of others.
Susan has been associated with Coldwell Banker for her entire real estate career because of their outstanding reputation as a national company, providing much needed benefits to the client.
“I have been a resident of Utah for 25 years. I love the fact that we have 4 true seasons that give you a true appreciation for nature and the blessing that it is to live in such a wonderful diverse state. I love my home; it gives me peace and tranquility in our busy world. I love landscaping and having my dogs play along side me while I work in the yard. I like the diversity we have in the neighboring cities throughout the valley. I love helping others create that feeling in their lives through home ownership and the richness a person feels when they have a place to hang their hat.” – Susan Dickstein
